Why we built Pairkeep
In most homes, one person quietly holds all the admin: the renewals, the warranties, where the paperwork lives. Pairkeep exists to take that load off one person and share it fairly.
One of you remembers everything. The other doesn’t see it.
It is a familiar pattern in a shared home. One partner knows when the car insurance renews, when the fixed rate ends, when the boiler was last serviced. The other finds out when something goes wrong. It rarely comes from not caring — it comes from the information living in one person's head and one person's inbox, where the other simply can't reach it.
That makes it a systems problem, not a memory problem. And systems problems have calmer answers than trying harder to remember. Give both people the same view of the household, send the reminders to both of them, and the load stops falling on one person by default.
What we set out to build
Not a family organiser built around children's schedules, and not a budgeting app wired into your bank. Something narrower and calmer: one private place for the bills, renewals, warranties, documents, and dates that a two-person household runs on, with reminders that reach both people.
Calm over clever
Important admin deserves a quiet, uncluttered tool — not gamification or nudges. Two clear plans, no dark-pattern upsells, nothing shouting for your attention.
Your data stays yours
No third-party profiling analytics, household-level database isolation, and your data is never sold. Your household’s business stays between the two of you.

Pairkeep is built by Ether-X Ltd, a software company registered in England and Wales and based in Reading. It is UK-first by design: the examples, the dates, and the data protection baseline all assume a UK household. Pairkeep is early, and we would rather be honest about that than overstate it — what the product does today, it does plainly.
